At Grower Outlet we strive to provide the highest quality produce and customer service experience that we can. However, if you feel that we’ve failed to meet these standards then we’d like to hear from you so that we can put things right.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of your avocados after delivery, let us know as soon as possible so that we can investigate the issue for you. To do this we may ask you to provide photos of the fruit and information on how you’ve been storing the avocados during the ripening process.Â
Grower Outlet will, at its discretion, replace any damaged or substandard fruit or provide a refund where it can be reasonably determined that the quality issue existed prior to the time of delivery.
Grower Outlet cannot accept responsibility for quality concerns arising from poor storage practices or ripening methods, or where delivery delays are caused due to inaccurate shipping information or barriers which impede the courier driver’s ability to complete the delivery. This includes fences and gates that cannot be opened easily, or dogs on the property that are not restrained at the time of delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of the goods provided, it’s important that customers check their goods immediately after delivery. Grower Outlet cannot accept responsibility for items that have been left unattended and unopened more than 24 hours after delivery. Nor will responsibility be accepted for goods that are stolen or go missing provided the courier company can provide evidence that the delivery was completed to the correct address.
