As growers, we have the privilege of overseeing every step of the process, ensuring quality is maintained from the moment the seedlings are planted to the time the fruits are harvested and packed. This intimate knowledge and control over the growing process guarantee that our fruits are second to none in taste, nutrition, and freshness.

What variety of avocados do you sell?
At this time of year we sell the Hass variety of avocados. We also sell Reed avocados when in season.
What is the best way to ripen the avos?
Our avocados are picked and packed fresh from the tree to ensure that our customers receive the best quality produce available. However, to see what you can do to get the best out of your fruit, you can visit our "Ripening Tips" here.
How long does delivery take?
We know how much our customers love their avos so we do our best to get them to you as soon as we possibly can. In most cases your order will be dispatched either on the same day or the day after the order was placed (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.
We then place the box in the care of our courier service, Post Haste. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to non-rural addresses or 9 days for rural addresses (although in most cases you can expect your order to arrive much sooner that this!). Because the avos are picked fresh, they will still be in great condition when they arrive.
What's the difference between these and the supermarket avocados?
There really is no comparison! Ours are picked fresh from the orchard and are handled by the picker and the packer. Supermarket avos can go through a dozen sets of hands before they make it to their shelves. After that, another dozen pair of hands will likely poke, prod and squeeze your avocado before it finally lands in your shopping trolley. Also, supermarkets often sell 2nd or 3rd grade avocados while the best ones go to the export market. We pick ours from the trees, pack them in a box, and send them to you.
How does the subscription service work?
If you love avocados but don't want the hassle of having to place individual orders every time you run out, then our subscription service would be a great option.
Sign up to a subscription and we'll ensure that you get regular hassle-free deliveries of avocados straight to your doorstep at an interval that is convenient for you.
When you are on the product page, instead of selecting "One-off Order" select "Subscribe" and you will see a dropdown of frequency options. You can choose weekly, fortnightly, 3-weekly or monthly. You go through and place the order and then you'll receive your first box straight away. Your future boxes will be delivered based on the frequency of your choice.
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time so there are no fixed-term contracts for you to worry about.
How do I make changes to my subscription or update my personal information?
When you start your subscription you'll be given the option to create an account. It's worthwhile taking the time to set this up as this will give you full control over your subscription and allow you to make any changes you want. This includes adding or removing products, or skipping and rescheduling your future orders. It also allows you to update your personal information including your shipping address and credit card information.

We can deliver delicious avocados to just about every corner of the country with the exception of Great Barrier Island and Waiheke Island.

These avocados are excellent value for money. Getting the 3 extra was a bonus as I went halves with my daughter. The fruit is large and buttery. I kept them in the fridge until I needed one then took it to ripen overnight. I'd highly recommend these delicious avocados.
This has been our 3rd box ordered. They are a nice size and ripen to a gorgeous colour. A much better way to buy rather than getting from a supermarket where shoppers have handled and squeezed them. Being hand picked and not fallen from tree guarantees a superior avocado.
I have never had much luck choosing decent Avocados from a Supermarket or fruit shop. When I noticed grower outlet I thought I’d try them. I have purchased 2 boxes so far and they are the absolute best. Everyone of them has been great. What more can you ask.

We received our box of Avocados about 10 days ago, they were in perfect condition. Its taken just over a week for them to start ripening the inside and the flesh is perfect, we've just had one tonight with dinner. It is so good to cut into an Avo and be delighted by the quality. We’ve had three boxes delivered now and we are just amazed at how different they are from store bought avos. No bruises, and they last an age in the fridge. And we get the 5kg box of seconds! So happy we signed up. A really healthy snack for the kids and they love them!!
