Subscription Policy
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to be billed on a reoccurring basis to have a product delivered to your nominated shipping address in accordance with the subscription interval that you’ve selected. This service will continue until you notify us that you no longer wish to continue and have received confirmation from us that the service has been canceledÂ
All aspects of the subscription including the product item, subscription interval, shipping address, and service cancellations can be changed at any time by advising our customer services team, or by logging into your account and making these changes yourself.
The retail price for products purchased through our subscription service ARE NOT FIXED but are subject to market fluctuations and will be charged at the rate advertised on our website for individual purchases.Â
Individual products may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Product promotions that may be in place at the time a subscription purchase is made will only exist for the duration of the promotional period. After the promotion has ceased, the purchased product will revert to its pre-promotional price and product description.
Where supply limitations prevent Grower Outlet from providing the product ordered, Grower Outlet will refund the customer's payment or provide a fair alternative subject to the customer's approval.
