What subscription boxes do you offer?
We offer both Avocado Subscription Boxes and Seasonal Fruit Subscription Boxes. Pick your preferred box based on what you love or what’s in season—and you can switch between types if your preferences change.
How often can I receive a subscription box?
Subscriptions can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. You choose the delivery frequency that works best for you.
Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. There’s no fixed contract. You can pause or skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription through your account settings whenever you need to.
Where do you deliver and how much does shipping cost?
We deliver NZ-wide (excluding certain remote areas) with standard shipping rates. For exact pricing, please refer to our Shipping Rates page at checkout or in the FAQs.
What varieties of fruit will I get?
You’ll receive locally grown seasonal fruit. For avocados, we offer Hass (and Reed when in season). The seasonal box changes with what’s fresh and in harvest around New Zealand.
How is the fruit packed and how fresh is it?
Fruit is hand-picked or harvested fresh from the grower, then packed in protective boxes to maintain quality. Because we ship directly from the grower, the fruit you receive will be fresher than typical supermarket fruit.
How do I change my delivery address, frequency or subscription type?
Log in to your account, go to “My Subscription”, and you can update your delivery address, change box types (seasonal/avocado), adjust your delivery schedule, or edit your box contents.
What happens if I receive damaged or spoiled fruit?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your fruit arrives damaged or spoiled, email our support team with photos. We’ll either give you a replacement, credit, or arrange a solution that works for you.
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Yes! We have gift options available. You can purchase a subscription box as a gift, select a delivery schedule, and have it sent to someone else with a personalised message.
